Who we are

What we collect

This is a static informational website. We do not run analytics software, we do not use cookies, and we do not operate any tracking pixels. The only data collection that occurs is:

Server logs. Our web host automatically records standard server log data when you visit any page: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security and to diagnose technical issues. We do not use it for profiling or advertising. Logs are retained according to our host's standard retention policy and are not sold or shared.

Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and browser string as part of the standard HTTP request. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We use Google Fonts for typographic consistency; we receive no data back from Google about individual visitors.

Email and phone. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive and store the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising networks. We do not run A/B tests or session-recording software. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Your rights (PIPEDA / Ontario)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law, you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to withdraw consent for its use. Because we collect very little personal data, in most cases the only information we hold is what you sent us directly. To make a request, email hello@cinevabyapex.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. For minor editorial changes, we may update the page without notice.
